  WILL NEVER GO BACK! Quality of work was good, however would never go back due to the way I was treated by the owner, Ricky Sumner. Had paid for quoted price in cash upon pick up of my car after receriving 2 new tyres, a week later he decided the price we paid was per tyre. I was happy to pay the remainder but had not yet received an invoice. Was then greeted with a stream of abusive voice notes via Facebook Messenger threatening to fight my husband and if he didn't step up then I would have to as he had not yet received payment for the other tyre. I explained we had not received the invoice yet, this went on for a few hours throughout my working day. Once I finally received the invoice, I paid the remainder within 10 mins. Still have not received an apology from the owner for his behaviour and how he decided to conduct himself. Used to be a fantastic local business to use, but due to Ricky's behaviour is has rapidly declined. I hope he does not treat anybody else the same way we were treated, although I have heard from numerous local people that he has. I would however highly recommend Hughenden Tyre Service, good quality work and fantastic customer service
